Mozilla has released the final version of Firefox 7 for Windows, Mac, Linux and Android. Firefox 7 is the fastest Firefox available yet, and the new feature that is worth mentioning here is that now it consumes up to 50% less memory than the all previous releases. No major UI changes so far but you will notice that the http:// prefix is now hidden by default.
Firefox for Android also brings speed boost and better memory management. Besides usual bug fixes and enhancements it also improves the copy/paste feature. Now you can copy any site content to any text filed in your Android device. Firefox 7 for Android is available for smartphones and tablets running Android 2.0 or above. Full list of supported devices can found here.
